Charcoal: Our charcoal is sourced responsibly to ensure there are no fillers, nitrates, or petroleum. All of our cones are hand-pressed, so some might be a little crooked.

Incense Fragrance: All of our incense are made with 100% pure essential oils and natural fragrance oils. Essential oils provide a much cleaner burn, whereas synthetic fragrance oils may contain harsh chemicals that can leave you feeling sick and potentially cause headaches when burned.

Wax: Our wax is a blend of coconut, soy, and small amounts of paraffin - creating a longer lasting, cleaner burn.

Wick: We use natural cotton braided wicks that are free of lead and zinc.

Candle Fragrance: Our candles are made using a blend of natural and synthetic fragrance oils, which allows us to create more complex scent profiles. All synthetics we use are paraben free.

Place the cone on a heat-proof surface and light the tip with a flame until the flame holds on its own. Wait 10-15 seconds and lightly blow out until a hot ember forms.

If your cone stops burning, just re-light the tip until an ember forms again. It’s important that the ember covers the entirety of the tip for it to burn until the end.

When you’re finished burning your cone, please be careful when dispensing the ash as it is very hot. We recommend disposing in water or waiting until it is completely cool.

Each of our incense cones burn for approximately 20 minutes.

The first burn of any candle should be long enough to form a complete melt pool across the top. This will help avoid tunneling and will ensure an even burn for each light. We recommend burning candles for no longer than 4 hours at a time.

Trim the wick to ¼” before each light to avoid smoking and overheating. Once the flame is extinguished, make sure the wick is upright and centered.

Each of our candles burn for approximately 55 hours.

We will gladly accept returns on any items that are unused and in their original condition along with all packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
